instruction to those individuals who desire personal attention,
Christ-centered instructors and a family-oriented atmosphere.
We are a member-club of USA Taekwondo, the National Governing Body for Olympic Taekwondo in the US. Our instructors are all Kukkiwon-certified black belts, and our curriculum is based on that taught at the World Taekwondo Academy at the Kukkiwon in Seoul, Korea. Our goal is to teach students of all ages -- from age 4 through adults -- how to live their lives with the concepts of Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit. We have classes in Des Moines, Grinnell, Norwalk and Osceola. Please go to the individual club pages for more information and contact instructions for each local club.
